Government new restriction on Telehealth

From next Monday 20/7/2020 on, Telehealth rebate could only be applied to patient who has physically been seen in our clinic in the last 12 months. This is to stop the pop-up internet clinics providing sub-standard care to our patients as well as making sure all our patients have an ongoing relationship with our GPs.

However, we will continue to offer Telehealth to all of our patients even though they may not have been physically seen in our clinic, a normal non-rebatable fee will apply. Further details please see our FB Telehealth Page or www.banksiatelehealth.com.au
