Payments are required at the time of consultation; we accept cash and EFTPOS (including Debit cards, MasterCard® and Visa). We don’t accept cheques.
We review all our professional service fees annually and any increases usually take place on 1st January and 1st July each year.

If you have a valid Medicare card, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, which can be claimed on the spot after your payment has been processed. The cost of your appointment will depend on the amount of time spent with the doctor. If the time required to discuss your medical issues is longer than a standard appointment a long consult will be charged. All prices include GST.
Failure to attend your appointment, answer your telephone appointment at the scheduled time or cancel your appointment without at least 2 hours notice may incur a fee of up to $100 Monday – Saturday
All appointments on Saturdays will incur an extra $10 fee. Please see fee sheet for more information
This surgery runs by appointment system however in case of emergency, you will be attended to without an appointment. All patients without appointment will be triaged by our fully qualified practice nurses and appointments will be allocated according to the urgency of the care required.

Medicare rebates are available for Telehealth appointments to our current patients who have been seen face to face within the last 12 months. If you have not been seen face to face in the last 12 months or you are overseas, Medicare cannot provide you the Medicare rebate so these appointments will be billed privately, with no Medicare rebate. The phone call may come in under a private number- please answer the call and ensure your phone is unblocked to incoming private numbers. Please phone back and settle the account with reception on the day of the appointment.
Prescriptions will not be issued without a consultation, unless pre-arranged with your doctor. Prescriptions issued without an appointment will incur a minimum $20.00 fee.
SMS message will be sent 24 hours before your appointment when available. Non-attendance fee of $100 will be applied for each of the appointments missed.
